How to:

1. Boil potatoes and leave it to cool or overnight.

2. Slice boiled potatoes in a desired   shape.

3. Make your coating.

          flour 1 cup ..for 4-5 medium size potato, 1 egg, salt(optional)

               Mix the flour and the egg beat, add a  little water to make a  sticky coating.

4. Heat the pan and pour oil

5. While waiting dip the cut/sliced into

6. Fry and turn upside down.  wait until both sides  turned into light brown. Place into a strainer 

         7. Serve with your favorite juice.
