Home made pan cake

 

Ingredients:

 

Apple sliced  1/4 of the whole apple

raisins  1 spoon full 

flour  ..... 1and 1/2

egg...       1 or 2

baking powder...

fresh milk ...... 1/2

sugar.......   1/2

salt ....... pinch

choco cereals.    .left overs

 

Stayed home and craved for something to eat. I decided to check some left overs  and saw the cereals  the expiry is near. Instead of throwing I crushed it, beat the egg and milk together then stand it for 3 minutes. Mixing all the Ingredients. Warm the pan and  wala! taste good.
