Home made Pink Pan cakes

Pink PanCake

Ingredients:

 Crushed sugar beet. half
flour
baking powder
sugar or chocolate to make it sweet
salt..use a pinch
egg  (optional)
water


Procedure:
     Mix  the sugar beet ( use the mixer to crush the beet) into the flour.
     Add baking powder, salt, sugar
     Add water and  beat until all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed
     Heat the pan and pour oil or dairy cream. You can use star margarine to fry

   It is just like frying any pancakes.

   Serve with tea or coffee
